Colby Jansen was always my favorite, he was really hot and seems like a nice cool guy. He was so handsome when he lived in Canada, but after few years in Vegas he starts to look tired and his skin is having lots of pimples or something, even on the face. And his contents also are not as good so I am a bit disappointed. I hope he takes care of himself more. Or maybe he is not interested in porn anymore.

Colby has said that he enjoys drinking hard liquor quite a bit and takes anti-retroviral medications, which can cause some forms of folliculitis. The combination of drinking and side effects of ARV drugs can cause redness and pimple-like, localized follicle infections, so maybe this is the reason behind these changes in appearance?

Personally, I think that he is still gorgeous, but we must also think about the fact that he is in his forties. Only a handful of people manage to look youthful all the time after hitting 40, so he won't look like he did when he was 28... Then again, neither do the rest of us.

Good to know.
I think he he can clear up his skin problem and do some grooming on his hair he still looks good. But then I feel that he may not care anymore as he is not active in porn.
